GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- RESERVATION
The reservation is definitely confirmed only on receipt of the “booking confirmation” that will be sent by agency Belmondo immediately after having received the deposit.
2- PAYMENT
A deposit of 30% of the rent price has to be paid directly to the agency Belmondo by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). The balance can be paid 15 days before the arrival day by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or directly on spot at the key collection by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash for a maximal amount of 1999,00 euro .
3- CANCELLATION
In case you are forced for serious proven reasons to cancel your booking, by giving us written notice, the 30% deposit already paid will not be lost if the cancellation is made up to 14 days before arrival. The deposit can be used for a reservation in our apartments during the current season or the following season. This solution will be applied even if there are government restrictions on mobility between states or regions, such as the closure of borders or the obligation to quarantine upon return of the holiday, or the destination or your area of residence is declared a "red zone".
In case of cancellation from the 14th day before arrival or no-show, the deposit will be retained and not refunded.
4- ARRIVAL
Check-in and key collection between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm. In case of delay you are kindly asked to inform agency Belmondo, otherwise your apartment will be kept at your disposal for 3 days; after that time the agency will be free to rent it again. On arrival, all the guests have to show their own identity papers for registration purposes.
5- CONDITIONS OF STAY
The number of people (adults and children) in the apartment must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on our offer. Pets are allowed on request and with extra money supplement. All guests have to observe the regulation regarding rest hours, especially in the early afternoon and during the night.
6- ACCOMODATION EQUIPMENT
All apartments are equipped with furniture, kitchen with refrigerator and kitchen utensils, pillows and bed covers. Linen, table clothes and towels are not provided. We inform you that the pictures referring the interior of the apartments are just an example, each apartment might in fact be furnished in different ways and located in different floors.
7- DEPARTURE
The apartment has to be left within 10.00 am of the departure date, in order to allow the staff to check the apartment conditions and its cleaning. The departure at night are on request: in this case the deposit will be kept until the apartment will be checked. The apartment has to be left in good condition, cleaned and mopped, free of rubbish, crockery washed and the fridge defrosted.
8- DEPOSIT
The clients pay a deposit of 200,00 Euro/apartment (cash or credit card number as guarantee) at arrival and should take care of the apartment. The deposit will be refunded at check-out date after having checked the apartment. If the guest leaves outside the office hours, we will transfer the deposit at client’s charge.
9-EXTRA EXPENCES
The costs of gas, electricity, water are included in the price. The beach service (2 deckchairs + 1 umbrella guaranteed from mid-May to mid-September) is included for all apartments except Le Briccole residence and Cà d'Oro residence and it is subjected to Covid-19 rules. Swimmingpools where available open from around the beginning of JKune to around mid-September and are subjected to Covid-19 rules.
On request: air conditioning, where provided, at 5,00 Euro per day; baby cot 5,00 Euro per day (reservations required), final cleaning at 50,00 Euro.
10- TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID AT THE CHECK-IN
Rules and fee for Jesolo
The tourist tax has a cost of 1,00 Euro per person and per night up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, children under 10 years are exempt from payment.
Rules and fees for Cavallino
The tourist tax has a cost of 0,80 Euro per person and per night. Children under 12 are exempt from payment.
Included in the price
- beach service (1 sun-umbrella and 2 deck chairs and / or sun beds where available) except for Residence Le Briccole and Residence Cà d'Oro
- standard and basic facilities and equipments available in the apartment, except bedlinen, towels and kitchen cloths.
- all expenses regarding water, electricity and gas.
Not included in the price
-WIFI: only for Villaggio Lido at the swimming pool area
-Tourist tax to be paid locally upon arrival
-Final cleaning on request

La nostra società ha inoltre usufruito del credito d’imposta per canoni di locazione pagati nel 2020 ex art. 28 d.l. 34/2020 pari a Euro 12.037,34.
